The commercial tire Nortec TR1260-1 is a modified version of the model with the TR1260 index. It differs from it by an increased number of blocks, which made it possible to make the contact patch larger. As a result, the tire has better efficiency on solid and mixed soil surfaces, asphalt roads. Like the standard version, it is designed for high-capacity trucks that operate, among other things, off-road.
All additional blocks are located in the central part of the tread pattern. This solution, in addition to increasing the contact patch, provides better uniformity of load distribution on the road surface. As a result, in addition to enhancing traction and coupling properties, their stability increases, and the wear of the tread decreases.
