The Nortec IND-76 industrial tire is used in the mining industry. It is designed for quarry dump trucks. It is characterized by very high load-carrying capacity, smooth ride and excellent traction on solid and mixed soil surfaces.
The tread pattern has a diagonal design with wide and long blocks arranged transversely. The S-shaped form of the elements lengthens the edges formed by them and, in addition, reduces the risk of stone retention. The tread is made of a special rubber compound. It is distinguished by increased elasticity, which allows it to dampen most of the impact from road surface irregularities. At the same time, the compound contains a complex of components that increase resistance to tearing and stretching, heat resistance, which provides the tire with high reliability in the most unfavorable operating conditions.
