The commercial tire Normaks NT022 is installed on the trailer axles of large-capacity trucks. It is designed for use on any asphalt roads, including regional highways with poor road surface quality. In any conditions, it demonstrates directional stability, fuel efficiency, and high mileage.
The tread pattern has a closed design with enlarged shoulder areas. Each of them is a wide solid rib. These elements increase the stability of the trajectory when towing a trailer, reduce the risk of occurrence and development of uneven wear, and reduce rolling resistance. The ribs in the central part contain a large number of lamellas. With their help, stability is ensured on wet surfaces. In turn, drainage grooves in such conditions prevent the formation of a water film in the contact patch.
