The Mitas RD-02 industrial tire is installed on tractor equipment used in various industries. It demonstrates the greatest efficiency on dirt roads with medium and low carrying capacity.
The tread pattern features two longitudinal rows of narrow long dirt-gripping elements, inclined at an acute angle to the direction of movement. In the middle of the pattern, the distance between them is minimal, which reduces rolling resistance. The inclination of the elements increases the extent of the edges they form, which increases the traction force and improves directional stability. As you move towards the edges of the tread, the height of the edges increases. Along with the sharp profile of the dirt-gripping elements, this further improves longitudinal traction.
