A protective layer is located under the tread, protecting the carcass from impact loads and punctures. Technologies that increase tread life
One of the key features of the model is the "proprietary" Matrix Siping technology. 3D lamellas form a large number of grip edges, thanks to which the bus more confidently maintains contact with wet surfaces. When transferring the load, the walls of the lamellas mutually fix each other, maintaining the stiffness of the tread blocks and preventing their excessive deformation. This solution allows for improved handling and slowed wear, maintaining the tyre's effectiveness even at high mileage.
Economical in everyday use
The design is oriented towards prolonged operation in intense urban cycles. The wide contact patch promotes even distribution of the load between the tread elements, reducing their wear rate. The robust carcass allows for recovery after the first life cycle, increasing the overall mileage and reducing ownership costs. At the same time, optimized rolling resistance helps reduce fuel consumption, providing additional economic efficiency in bus fleet operation.
