The cargo tire LingLong LL39 is one of the representatives of the line of industrial models of the well-known Chinese manufacturer. It is designed for installation on forklifts using wheels with a mounting diameter of 10 or 15 inches. Among other features of this model, it is worth noting the offered size range, which includes only popular sizes, ensuring its excellent applicability. Also, it is impossible not to mention the high load capacity and very long service life, thanks to which this tire has low operating costs.
Original tread pattern design
One of the characteristic features of this model is its tread pattern, made in a symmetrical non-directional design. It contains two rows of separate blocks, each of which starts in the shoulder areas and ends in the central part of the tread pattern. Such massive sizes make it possible to form very long edges, which, due to the complex polygonal shape of the blocks, are located in different directions. Thanks to them, the tire demonstrates excellent coupling properties in the longitudinal direction. At the same time, the significant distance between the blocks in the shoulder areas provides stable coupling when moving on sandy and earthy surfaces.
Low rolling resistance
In contrast to the shoulder areas, the tread blocks in the central part are located at a minimum distance from each other. This design feature allows to significantly reduce the rolling resistance, thereby providing excellent fuel efficiency.
High load capacity
Among other characteristic features of the LingLong LL39 model, it is necessary to note the sufficiently high load capacity. To a large extent, they are provided due to the practically flat profile and the shape of the tread blocks, expanding from the center to the shoulder areas. This design allows for optimal distribution of the external weight over the entire contact patch, which in turn takes on a practically rectangular configuration. Thanks to this, it was possible not only to increase the load capacity but also to improve the tire's resistance to impact loads and uneven wear.
