The all-season industrial tire LingLong LL102 is designed for use on pneumatic excavators, graders, excavator-loaders, Bobcat-type loaders, and other special-purpose vehicles.
The LingLong LL102 tire carcass is specially designed with consideration of the specific operating conditions and contains a number of design elements that provide high strength characteristics of the tire. This reduces the likelihood of cracks, punctures, and cuts inherent in operation in harsh conditions. For good traction on unstable soils, the tire tread is equipped with powerful soil-gripping devices with sharp edges, the shape of which resembles the letter "V". To reduce rolling resistance, the soil-gripping devices in the central part of the tread are located at a minimum distance from each other. And on the side parts, the distance between the soil-gripping devices is increased in order to ensure effective self-cleaning of the tread from foreign objects.
The composition of the rubber mixture is also selected with consideration of the specifics of the operating conditions. When used, the LingLong LL102 tire heats up little and has good resistance to strong mechanical stress, which significantly extends its service life in conditions unfavorable for any tires.
