The commercial tire Landspider Longtraxx AP600 is used on the steering axle. It is designed for intense operation over a long period on asphalt roads with any surface quality. It is distinguished by increased directional stability and ease of handling at high speeds, reliability of traction on wet surfaces, fuel efficiency, and high mileage.
The tread pattern is closed, with a high density of element arrangement. Rigid longitudinal ribs provide good stability at high speeds, ease of handling during maneuvering, reduce rolling resistance, and prevent rapid wear of the tread. Numerous lamellas allow for intense braking on wet surfaces, forming a large number of sharp edges. Wide longitudinal grooves in such conditions do not allow the occurrence of aquaplaning, intensively removing excess water from the tread. Special protrusions located on their bottom prevent the jamming of stones, which significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the tire.
