The Jinyu JD577 commercial tire is a specialized model designed for use on the drive axles of trucks and highway tractors, which are operated predominantly on wet and snowy roads. In addition to improved traction properties in such conditions, this tire is distinguished by its increased load-carrying capacity and strength, as well as its increased resource on poor roads.
The tread pattern has a combined design with a closed central part and open shoulder zones. They are formed from massive individual blocks that improve traction properties on snowy roads. In the central part, densely arranged elements form two wide continuous longitudinal ribs, which improve directional stability at high speeds, reducing rolling resistance and wear. The numerous edges of the blocks provide increased traction and braking intensity on wet roads. In these conditions, the stability of the grip is also achieved due to the wide longitudinal grooves and numerous drainage elements along the edges of the tread, which effectively prevent hydroplaning.
The carcass is made using modern technology, which includes a multilayer steel cord and several layers of polyester cord. This increases the strength of the structure, ensures even load distribution across the contact patch, and reduces deformations when fully loaded. The sidewalls have an increased thickness and are made from a special rubber compound that is resistant to cuts and mechanical damage, which is especially important when operating on roads with curbs and uneven shoulders.
The tread compound is optimized for long-term operation, combining natural rubber and polymers with increased resistance to abrasive wear. This combination provides stability of characteristics even during long trips at high speeds and reduces the internal heating of the tire, extending its service life.
