The Hankook DM11 commercial tire is designed for the drive axle of trucks, special equipment used in regional transportation, construction, and municipal sectors. It is characterized by increased strength and good fuel-saving properties for such products.
The tread pattern has a directional open design with numerous large blocks with an increased number of angles and edges. This improves traction and adhesion properties, especially on unpaved surfaces. Special reinforcing bridges are located between the blocks. They limit the mobility of the blocks, which reduces rolling resistance and increases the durability of the tread. The blocks are cut with 3D lamellas, which further enhance traction on slippery surfaces.
