The Hankook AM11 commercial tire is installed on the steering axle of trucks, cargo vehicles, and special equipment used in construction and municipal services. The manufacturer recommends its use not only on paved but also on unpaved roads.
The ability to drive off paved roads is provided by several design features. One of them is a special compound that is distinguished by increased resistance to abrasive wear and any mechanical damage. Under the tread is a cord carcass with a steel cord of increased cross-section. The bead ring also has a reinforced design and an optimized profile, providing a more dense and reliable fit of the tire to the wheel disk.
