Reinforced carcass structure

Truck tires are subjected to increased loads, which become the cause of frequent damage and punctures. To avoid these undesirable consequences, a reinforced carcass structure was used in this model. The new cord winding technology of the Doublestar DS838 has made it possible to increase the strength of the carcass structure and achieve uniform pressure distribution inside the tire. Due to this, it withstands increased loads without problems and has an extended service life. Thanks to new materials, it was possible to reduce the weight of the carcass, which improved speed characteristics and reduced the braking distance.

Massive tread pattern design

The tread pattern consists of massive blocks with sufficiently sharp edges. To improve directional stability, two rows of central blocks were used, which accelerated the feedback.

The massive blocks in the shoulder area increase stability during maneuvers, reliably protecting the tire from lateral damage. A large number of small notches increase stability on wet road surfaces and reduce noise when driving. A carefully designed water drainage system provides excellent self-cleaning. Even when driving on poor road surfaces, the tire is characterized by increased stability and excellent handling. Optimally located blocks have made it possible to increase the contact patch, improving stability.
