Description Crosswind CWS10E
The commercial tire Crosswind CWS10E is designed for installation on the steering axle of large commercial vehicles used for highway transportation. The tread model has a classic five-rib structure, which has improved the maneuverability and directional stability.
A special compound with a package of additives was used as a compound. The latter reduce the level of abrasive wear, increasing the mileage. The closed shoulder areas of the tread are designed to increase the contact area and provide high stability during maneuvering. They also, in conjunction with the reinforced sidewalls, increase resistance to damage. The three central ribs, which have a large area, are supplemented with transverse notches. This design allows maintaining reliable traction and grip even in conditions of poor road quality. Deep channels with special "pumps" are located between the ribs, which quickly pump out and divert excess moisture from the contact area, maintaining the adhesive properties of the tire.
