Chaoyang CM335 — not just another tyre in the lineup, but a well-thought-out tool for the carrier. The model is designed for the driving axle of mainline trucks that are constantly on the road.
Block structure
The basis is a block design of the tread pattern. Here, the block sizes have been specially increased - a calculated engineering solution. The large elements of the contact patch provide two critical functions. Firstly, handling. On a wet highway, each block works like a separate "off-road grip", clinging to the road surface and transmitting traction to the wheel. Secondly, even load distribution. The elements support a stable contact zone, preventing tyre deformation.
Longevity technology
The optimized configuration of radial grooves and special lamellas in the tread blocks work like a self-control system. They distribute the contact pressure across the entire surface of the contact patch, not allowing the model to wear out from the edges or center.
Compound that doesn't overheat
A special compound has been developed for the model. Its formula reduces internal heat generation during rolling, allowing the tyre to retain its elasticity and strength for longer. This directly affects the cost per kilometer.
Key features of Chaoyang CM335:
- block design of the tread pattern – separate elements provide excellent handling and reliable grip on wet and snowy surfaces;
- the arrangement of grooves and the thoughtful configuration of drainage channels prevent uneven wear and extend the mileage;
- a special rubber compound with reduced heat generation lowers working temperatures, increasing the overall tread life;
- the radial carcass and strong breaker layers provide stability of the contact patch and resistance to deformation under maximum loads.
