V-shaped symmetrical directional tread pattern
The choice of a V-shaped symmetrical directional tread pattern is not accidental. It has a number of advantages, especially on loose and rocky surfaces. First of all, these are excellent traction and coupling properties, provided by the block structure of the tread pattern. It consists entirely of many massive blocks of trapezoidal shape. At the same time, the blocks located in the central part of the tread have smaller sizes. This made it possible to significantly increase their number, thereby creating many additional edges of adhesion.
At the same time, the blocks of the shoulder areas of the Bontyre BT-930 tread have more massive sizes, but the distance between them is significantly greater. This made it possible to reduce the pressure on the ground, as well as provide the tread with good self-cleaning abilities, which led to an increase in passability.

The massive size of the blocks in the shoulder areas made it possible to better distribute the external pressure over the contact patch. This not only increased the tire's carrying capacity to 4000 kg but also increased the tread's resistance to uneven wear, which significantly extended its service life.
High resistance to punctures and cuts
The rubber compound is perhaps one of the main components that provided this tire with excellent operational qualities. Its composition was selected with consideration of the specific operating conditions. Special components made it possible to create a rubber compound that is highly resistant not only to abrasive wear but also to aggressive mechanical stress.
