Geometry for Extreme Loads
The basis for the tire is a multiblock open design with six rib structures. Forming a wide footprint, practically undeformable under load, these elements distribute colossal weight loads evenly across the entire tread width. This minimizes internal stresses in the carcass, which is the main protection against fatigue cracks, tread delamination, and cracking characteristic of prolonged overloading. This also provides jeweler's precision handling and absolute directional stability, completely eliminating "drift" on a straight line and ensuring instant feedback.
Functionality Without Compromise
Wide longitudinal and transverse drainage grooves, densely covering the tread, take on the function of quickly removing the main volume of water. In each individual block, special lamellas with a closed structure are integrated. They form additional working edges for traction on wet asphalt, while maintaining the structural integrity and rigidity of the element.
Industrial-Strength Compound
A special reinforced compound is applied here, developed for high-abrasive highway wear conditions. Its formula provides extreme resistance to wear and the formation of so-called "sawing" - the main enemy of resource on the steer axle. Additives increase resistance to cuts and punctures from road debris, and special inclusions combat thermal fatigue cracking that occurs with prolonged heating under load, guaranteeing the integrity of the tread throughout the entire claimed mileage.
