The Belshina Bel-278 commercial tire is installed on the driving axles of highway tractors and trucks. It is distinguished by improved traction properties on wet and slippery winter roads, reliability, and high mileage.

The tire carcass and breaker are made of steel cord. This increases the carrying capacity, improves resistance to impact, and also allows the tread to be restored, increasing the life of the tire. The tread design features an increased number of traction edges. They are formed by both blocks and lamellas. This improves the traction properties, including on slippery winter roads. Wide solid ribs on the edges of the tread provide stability during maneuvering, stable traction at high speed, and prevent uneven wear.
