All-season truck tire Barnaul ID-304 has been enjoying well-deserved popularity for a long time due to its high operational characteristics and humane cost. This model was specially created for domestic trucks of the KamAZ and KrAZ brands, operated both on roads with a solid surface and outside them. The tire is produced in one single size - 12.00R20.
Universal scope of application
This model owes its universality to the original tread pattern, which consists of six longitudinal ribs. One of its key features is a block structure, thanks to which the contact patch has a multitude of grip edges at any moment. They are formed by numerous tread blocks of a diamond shape. This configuration provides them with high resistance to dynamic deformation in the longitudinal direction, which guaranteed the tire high traction and coupling properties on any type of road surface.
Multifunctional shoulder zones
The shoulder zones of the Barnaul ID-304 tread contain many individual tread blocks of a trapezoidal shape. Their massive size provides a more even distribution of pressure over the contact patch, which significantly reduces the likelihood of uneven wear.
In addition, the edges of the blocks in the shoulder zones provide high braking efficiency, as well as stability when performing sharp maneuvers on roads with a solid surface. Outside of these, these tread elements become soil hooks, providing confident overcoming of sections with unstable, viscous and loose soils.
