Description Austone BorealiaPro D
The Austone BorealiaPro D truck tire is designed for drive axles and engineered for use on snowy and icy roads. The model combines a block tread pattern with numerous sipes, a specialized rubber compound, and structural features aimed at reducing irregular wear.
Winter-optimized tread
Three main zigzag grooves are supplemented by two auxiliary grooves. Together with transverse channels, they divide the tread into rows of polygonal blocks. The block surfaces are covered with dense, fine sipes. Multi-directional edges form an advanced network of biting edges. Interlocking transverse grooves help transmit traction force, while the block geometry ensures stability in winter driving conditions.
Rubber compound and tread stability
The rubber compound is formulated to deliver grip on snow and ice while maintaining wear resistance. The belt and tread structure work together to minimize tread deformation, helping to reduce the risk of irregular wear during truck operation.
