Traction, stability, and self-cleaning
The central zone of the tread is built around a reinforced middle block with a transverse bridge. This powerful stabilizer connects neighboring lugs into a monolithic structure. Under the action of torque, it prevents deformation shift of elements, minimizing the risk of tread chunking on solid unevenness. As a result, the contact patch remains dense and predictable.
The geometry of the shoulder areas is designed with aggressive traction in loose environments in mind. Widely spaced lugs with deep inter-block grooves create powerful grip, while the channel design is optimized for self-cleaning. Here, the density of the tread elements has been increased to prevent dirt and small gravel from getting stuck in the grooves.
Fighting uneven wear
The side "ribs" have received additional reinforcement. Strengthened "shoulders" resist radial deformations during turns and maneuvers on rough terrain, preventing premature wear.
Formula for durability
The compound developed for this model is the result of multi-stage mixing of high-molecular-weight polymers with active fillers. A progressive method of component homogenization was applied in the model, which ensures the uniformity of the mixture at the molecular level. This means that the material does not have local areas of overstrain, which usually become the sources of microcracks.
Load capacity at the base
The thoughtful design of the cross-sectional profile and optimized distribution of rubber layers in the breaker zone have made it possible to increase the carrying capacity. The tire confidently holds high internal pressure, maintaining its shape even during prolonged standing under full load. The tubeless design eliminates the risk of depressurization at the seams, and the reinforced frame made of high-strength cord guarantees the stability of the geometry under maximum loads.
