The Armour R4A cargo tire was created with the specific needs of compact loading equipment, particularly mini loaders, in mind. This model is favorably distinguished not only by its low price but also by a range of operational properties, from high load-carrying capacity to good traction and adhesion properties.

Aggressive V-shaped tread pattern

The developers of this tire paid sufficient attention to giving it maximum longitudinal traction and adhesion properties on soils with reduced bearing capacity. This problem was solved by using a "classic" symmetrical directional tread pattern with a very aggressive design, characterized by the presence of a large number of high and massive lugs. The edges of adhesion created by them during movement allow the tire to demonstrate confident behavior on sandy, earthy, and rocky soils. At the same time, the very large distance between the lugs allows the tread to effectively self-clean from adhering soil particles, which, in turn, gives stability to the adhesion properties.

Reduced rolling resistance

The presence of a large number of high and massive blocks, spaced at a very large distance from each other, does not prevent the tire from demonstrating good fuel efficiency. This is achieved due to the arrangement of these tread elements at a sharp angle relative to the direction of movement. Additionally, in the center of the tread, the blocks form a kind of continuous longitudinal rib, which significantly reduces rolling resistance.
