Description Armour L2
The Armour L2 tire is designed for off-road construction equipment. This model belongs to the Off-The-Road line and features a traction tread pattern with large, angled lug blocks. The open tread layout is engineered for operation on soil surfaces, where pronounced working edges and ample space between tread elements are essential.
Angled lug blocks
The tread consists of two rows of large tread blocks positioned on either side of the centerline. The lug blocks extend toward the shoulder areas and alternate around the circumference of the tire. Their edges are angled relative to the direction of travel, creating an effective traction pattern. The robust tread blocks are maintained across the entire width of the tread, including the edges.
Open inter-block grooves
Wide grooves run between the lug blocks, opening into the shoulder areas. These gaps provide space for soil to be expelled from the tread pattern during wheel rotation. In the center region, the edges of adjacent tread blocks form a stepped profile. This geometry combines large contact areas with open channels between them.
