Tread Engineering
The pattern is designed according to a modular scheme for the driving axle, where traction and directional stability are critical. The central segmented rib acts as a stabilizer. It is responsible for the instantaneous response to steering wheel turns. In the shoulder areas, there are rhomboid blocks of increased size. Such a configuration reduces resonance noise and prevents uneven wear typical of heavy trucks.
Hydrodynamic Channel Design
The drainage system is not just a set of grooves. These are volumetric longitudinal and transverse channels that form a massive network. When entering the contact patch, water is instantly pumped out into the expanding zones, excluding the effect of hydroplaning even at a residual tread depth of 4 mm.
Base for Extreme Loads
Under the tread, there is a full-metal carcass made of four layers of steel cord with high thread density. The breaker is reinforced with two additional layers of spirally wound steel cord, which distributes point loads when touching down. The sidewall area is reinforced with a nylon layer, which eliminates the tearing of the mounting rims when pressure changes.
