Aeolus HN267 11x24,5 (Рулевая ось)
Specifications
DescriptionDescription Aeolus HN267 11x24,5 (Рулевая ось)
The Aeolus HN267 cargo tire is designed for use on the steering axles of trucks, but the Chinese manufacturer also allows the use of this model on the drive and trailer axles. Regardless of the installation location, this tire has a number of advantages, including increased resistance to wear and a longer service life. It is also worth noting the very stable and reliable traction in any weather conditions.
Exceptional resistance to aquaplaning
When presenting this tire to the world press, Aeolus particularly emphasized its exceptional resistance to aquaplaning. This is achieved thanks to a high-performance drainage system, which consists not only of four very deep drainage channels located longitudinally along the entire tread, but also of numerous transverse micro-lamellas located on the surface of all five ribs. These tread elements direct excess water from the contact patch into the longitudinal grooves, from which it is expelled outward.
Excellent traction properties in the longitudinal direction
As mentioned earlier, the tread pattern of the Aeolus HN267 model contains five longitudinal ribs, each of which contains a large number of transverse straight lamellas. These tread elements form a multitude of sharp edges during movement, which the tire uses to grip the irregularities on the road surface during acceleration and braking, providing high efficiency in these modes.
Excellent directional stability
Another advantage of the five-rib tread pattern is the excellent directional stability demonstrated by the tire at any speed. This is achieved due to the rigid design of the longitudinal ribs, which makes them highly resistant to dynamic deformation. In addition, this design feature helps to reduce rolling resistance.
Main features of Aeolus HN267
- a wide range of applications due to the possibility of use not only on the steering, but also on any other axis of a truck or bus;
- low rolling resistance is ensured by the reduced number of tread elements, as well as their high resistance to dynamic deformation;
- excellent directional stability is provided by five rigid longitudinal ribs;
- exceptional resistance to aquaplaning thanks to four deep longitudinal grooves and numerous transverse micro-lamellas.
