Description Aeolus HN09
The Aeolus HN09 truck tire is favorably distinguished by a fairly wide range of applications. This is ensured by a universal tread pattern and a size range that includes types for wheels with a mounting diameter from 16 to 20 inches. Among other features of this model, it is worth noting the excellent efficiency on various types of coatings, as well as reduced rolling resistance, which, in combination with a long service life, provides it with enviable economic efficiency.
Double central rib
One of the characteristic features of this model is a symmetrical non-directional tread pattern, which has an original central part design. It contains a very wide longitudinal rib divided into two parts by a zigzag-shaped lamella. This design has made it possible to solve several problems at once. First of all, it is the reduction of rolling resistance, as well as the provision of maximum directional stability, which are achieved due to very high resistance to dynamic deformation.
Excellent traction properties in the longitudinal direction
Unlike the central part, the shoulder zones of the tread pattern contain a large number of very massive blocks. During movement, they form a multitude of traction edges, which, due to their size and elongated configuration, have a rather significant length. This design allows the tire to demonstrate excellent traction properties in the longitudinal direction. At the same time, the large distance between the blocks provides it with decent performance off-road, which significantly expands the range of applications of this model.
Main features of the Aeolus HN09 tire
- the tire is designed for operation on the driving axles of trucks;
- versatility of application due to a wide size range and a symmetrical non-directional tread pattern, providing excellent traction on various types of coatings;
- a rigid massive longitudinal rib in the central part of the tread reduces rolling resistance, improves directional stability;
- a multitude of transverse blocks in the shoulder zones of the tread pattern provides excellent traction properties in the longitudinal direction;
- a significant distance between the blocks in the shoulder zones allows you to confidently overcome sections with sandy and earthy coatings.
