The Aeolus ATL35 truck tire is designed for use on trailer axles of long-haul trucks used in interregional transportation. At a low cost, it significantly surpasses most of its analogs in operational properties, which is largely ensured by the use of a number of original technical solutions in the design of this tire.
Large internal volume
One of such solutions is the increased internal volume. This was achieved through optimization of the carcass design, which has become significantly smaller, without affecting its strength and carrying capacity. This feature is due to the use of advanced steel cord winding technology, which is characterized by the absence of joints and seams, as well as increased density. At the same time, it was possible not only to increase the internal volume but also to improve the tire's resistance to deformation, which also had a positive effect on its carrying capacity and the tread's resistance to uneven wear.
Low heat generation
Another innovation of this model was the optimized compound composition. It includes special components that significantly improved the thermal conductivity of the rubber mixture, and therefore its ability to transfer heat generated by the tire to the surrounding space. This feature significantly reduces the degree of tread heating during movement, which significantly increased its service life.
