Description Aeolus ADR55
The commercial tire Aeolus ADR55 is designed for operation on asphalt roads. It is installed on the non-driving axle of highway tractors. It is distinguished by increased traction and coupling on slippery wet and snowy roads, increased mileage before replacement, and good fuel efficiency.
The tread pattern is notable for the numerousness and relatively small size of the blocks. Their high and multidirectional edges, as well as the sharpened edges of the lamellas cut into them, provide high traction and stability on snowy, icy and wet roads. The arrangement of elements in a "chess" order increases the useful area of the tread, improving coupling, and due to a more even distribution of pressure over the contact patch, increases the wear resistance of the tire.
Main features of Aeolus ADR55
- a large number of small blocks in the tread pattern increase traction and coupling on slippery winter roads;
- optimized placement of tread elements increases the contact patch, prevents rapid wear of the tire's tread;
- improved coupling at low temperatures due to the use of a special rubber compound, elastic and wear-resistant.
