Description Advance GLT2
The model Advance GLT2 was created with one goal: to withstand prolonged high-speed loads at medium and long distances, remaining predictable on wet pavement and fuel-efficient. Unlike leading tyres, there is no "race for price" here — there is an engineering calculation of the resource.
Stability as a basic property
The tread pattern is a closed type with massive solid longitudinal ribs. Such elements provide the maximum contact area in a straight line, which gives:
- minimal play in the contact patch — the trailer precisely repeats the trajectory of the tractor;
- stability at any speed — from 60 to 90 km/h, the tyre maintains the stiffness of the geometry, not "floating" from centrifugal forces.
Reinforced shoulders and abrasion resistance
Here, the massiveness of the shoulder areas has been deliberately increased. The outer blocks are not just thicker — they have increased compression stiffness. This gives a triple effect:
- slowing down wear on the edges of the tread, especially during frequent maneuvers;
- the massive shoulder better dissipates heat from the sidewall area, preventing tread separation;
- evenness of the contact patch under high weight load.
The result is predictable wear across the entire tread.
All-metal frame and heat-resistant rubber compound
The model is equipped with a particularly durable all-metal frame. Such a design is not just a reserve of strength, but also increased carrying capacity, optimized rolling resistance, and less deformation.
The rubber compound is also adapted to heavy conditions. The developers have modified the polymer matrix with additives that increase resistance to tearing, heat aging, and microcracks.
Key features of the Advance GLT2:
- specialized trailer design — a closed tread with massive longitudinal ribs provides maximum directional stability;
- increased stiffness of the edge blocks slows down abrasive wear under constant weight load, extending the overall lifespan;
- a combined system of lamellas for additional grip and reinforcement of the tread ribs;
- a steel cord and breaker improve resistance to deformation and actively participate in maintaining the working properties;
- a rubber compound resistant to heat aging, tears, and abrasive wear ensures stable properties over a long period.
