Advance GC-D1 is designed for installation on a wide range of commercial vehicles used in various cargo transportation. The tyre combines a super-strong multi-layer carcass with an optimised tread pattern, providing predictable handling throughout the tyre's life and minimal rolling resistance.

Multi-layer carcass

The steering axle bears not only the vertical load from the tractor's mass but also enormous lateral forces during turns. That's why a reinforced base is applied here, represented by a multi-layer structure. This engineering solution has a dual effect:

- minimisation of deformations — the construction of high-strength polyester and steel cord virtually eliminates radial and lateral displacements of the breaker. The tyre retains its geometry even when the vehicle is fully loaded;
- protection from mechanical damage — the increased number of layers creates a barrier that absorbs the impact energy from curbs, stones, and road debris.

Directional stability and large tread depth reserve

Unlike many steering tyres, this model is equipped with four ring-shaped rib formations. This is not just an increase in quantity, but a distribution of functions:

- the central rib — the most massive, is responsible for stabilising the direction on a straight road, reduces "wobbling" in gusty winds and on ruts;
- the lateral elements of the open type perform the role of transition zones, providing a smooth entry into a turn and additional grip on a wet road.

An important aspect — the significant depth of the tread layer. Here, the reserve of the tread pattern height is intentionally increased so that the tyre retains its traction properties throughout its entire service life.

Stability in any weather

The compound contains a balanced package of polymers that maintains elasticity at negative temperatures and does not soften to the point of melting in summer heat. Antioxidant additives slow down the ageing of the rubber under the influence of ultraviolet and ozone, which is especially important for tyres operating outdoors all year round. This composition provides high resistance to abrasive wear.
