Budget-class winter tires have risen in price by 12%

According to the latest analysis by the National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI), from November 2024 to November 2025, the average cost of winter non-premium tires on the Russian market increased by 11.6% and reached 9.7 thousand rubles. At the same time, in the segment of summer tires, prices increased by 9.3%, to 9.8 thousand rubles.

In comparison with October 2025, mass market winter tires increased in price by 1.3%, while the cost of summer tires decreased by 3.3%.
