A new tire recycling plant has opened in KhMAO

LLC "Severnyaya Kompaniya - MTU" has opened a tire recycling and consumer goods production plant in Megion, reports the Department of Industry of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra.

The enterprise will manufacture high-quality rubber crumb from used automotive tires and other waste, and the installed automatic line will allow for the processing of up to 90 tons of waste per month, while the production is environmentally friendly and waste-free. It is noted that "during processing, there are no emissions into the atmosphere, and water resources are not required for cooling. The wheel is processed completely, without residue and of any diameter". 

The cost of the new production was around 15 million rubles.

All three recycling products (rubber crumb, metal and textile cord) will be supplied to manufacturing companies in the region, Belarus, and Kazakhstan for further use. The plant will also accept tires from legal entities and the population and will be engaged in the clearance of a large tire dump in the Nizhnevartovsk district.
