TÜV SÜD awarded the quality mark to the new winter tires Sailun
Experts from the reputable independent organization TÜV SÜD conducted a comparison of the new European-type winter tire Sailun Ice Blazer Alpine 2 in size 205/55 R16 with four competitors and confirmed its effectiveness on snow, wet and dry asphalt, as well as good fuel efficiency indicators. The tires were tested in 12 disciplines and, as a result of the tests, received a "quality mark" that the company can now use in its marketing materials.

The company says that the Ice Blazer Alpine 2 showed especially good results in five disciplines: traction, braking and handling on snow, as well as braking on dry and wet surfaces, and also had a low noise level.

Sailun Ice Blazer Alpine 2 is one of the latest innovations from the Chinese brand in the winter segment, and the manufacturer claims that the directional tread pattern in combination with a rubber compound with a high silica content provides optimal driving characteristics in various weather conditions. In particular, thanks to the fact that the lamellas in the central zone are arranged at different angles, traction and control on snowy surfaces are improved, while the V-shaped design accelerates water dispersion, and the combination of narrow grooves and large blocks improves handling accuracy in winter conditions. In addition, the rubber compound has increased resistance to wear, and Sailun claims that the tires allow reducing fuel consumption.

The tires are designed for small and medium-sized vehicles and are produced in sizes with diameters from 13 to 17 inches.
