Tatneft intends to enter the top 10 tire manufacturers in the world

The tire block of "Tatneft" currently includes Ikon Tyres (formerly the Nokian Tyres plant in Vsevolozhsk, Russia), Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi (Angren, Uzbekistan) and Tengri Tyres (a joint venture with GC "Allur" in Saran, Kazakhstan). In Russia, premium and medium segment tires are produced under the Ikon Autograph, Ikon Character and Ikon Nordman brands, and in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, budget products of the Bars and Attar brands are produced, respectively.

The current top 10 of the world tire rating is closed by the Chinese Sailun with a turnover of $3.6 billion. Sales of the Russian branch of Nokian, which is now Ikon, in 2021, according to Tire Business, amounted to $378 million.
