Tires from Kama Tyres are again on the list of the best products of Tatarstan
Nizhnekamsk tires have once again made it to the list of winners of the "Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" contest, and in 2025, several of the company's tires were awarded the prize, which is awarded for "high quality, innovation, and compliance with the requirements of modern industry": industrial Kama CLN, bicycle Kama Velta MT 220, truck Kama Pro NR 203, and also winter studded Viatti Nordico 2 for passenger cars.

The winners of the 2025 contest were Kama CLN (size 440/80 R28) and Viatti Nordico 2 (205/55 R16).
Kama CLN is designed for use on forklifts, excavators, tractor-trailers, and other similar equipment and has a directional tread pattern with massive blocks that increase the tire's resource and improve resistance to cuts and chipping of tread elements. In addition, the optimized profile and reinforced combined construction with a metal cord increase the level of safety throughout the life of the tire.
In turn, the winter tire Viatti Nordico 2, presented last year, is designed specifically for the most severe winters and is equipped with studs with a tungsten carbide core that enhances grip on ice and compacted snow, while the tread pattern with rhomboid blocks and lamellation is designed to improve directional stability and handling, large channels accelerate the cleaning of the tread, and the design of the sidewalls is improved to reduce the risk of damage. Two more Nizhnekamsk tires — Kama Velta MT 220 (50-622, 29x2.0) and Kama Pro NR 203 (315/60 R22.5) — were awarded the diploma of the 1st degree.
The Kama Velta MT 220 bicycle tire with increased passability is suitable for use, including on rough terrain, and has an aggressive tread pattern designed to provide reliable traction and quick self-cleaning in mud and on wet surfaces. The tire is also able to withstand increased loads and can be operated at temperatures from –10 to +45 °C, which makes it a suitable option for road and tourist bicycles in regions with a moderate climate.
The Kama Pro NR 203 truck tire with a all-steel cord construction is designed for installation on the driving axles of trucks and buses used mainly on regional routes, and its resource has been increased by 20% compared to tires of the previous generation through the modification of the carcass and tread construction. The tread pattern with large blocks and lamellae located in them is designed to provide high traction on wet and snowy surfaces, the design of the shoulder areas is optimized to reduce uneven wear, and the efficiency of the tires on snow is confirmed by the 3PMSF marking.
