Prinx showcased its novelties at the Truck Grand Prix
Prinx Europe (the European division of the Chinese Prinx Chengshan Tire) has brought its tires to the Truck Grand Prix (TGP) racing competition, which takes place from July 11 to 14 at the Nürburgring circuit in Germany and is expected to attract 150,000 guests.
In total, the company presented 12 models of tires for freight transport at the Nürburgring, which are offered under the Austone and Fortune brands. "The Truck Grand Prix is a vibrant event, a festival where we meet with representatives of automakers, suppliers, fleet operators, and fans in a fantastic atmosphere," noted Thomas Wölgemut, CEO of Prinx Europe. "Every year, this event gives us a great opportunity to communicate directly with both truck drivers and prominent figures in the motorsport industry."
Prinx is present at the competition together with two German distributors - Marangoni Germany and Point S Woerlen, which offer customers tires of the Austone and Fortune brands, respectively, and the company emphasizes that "the entire range of tires for tractors, trailers, and buses was developed taking into account the peculiarities of the European market in terms of quality requirements and range width, and all tires have pronounced advantages, such as good mileage, excellent traction on wet roads, and low rolling resistance.
At the TGP, in particular, the new Austone ATH135 tire for large trailers was presented, the main advantage of which, according to the manufacturer, is an attractive price-quality ratio. The tires were certified by TÜV SÜD specialists, and during development, the latest Prinx technologies were used, which are designed to increase the level of safety. The ATH135 will be available in all popular sizes, and at the TGP, tires in sizes 445/45 R19.5 and 455/40 R22.5 were shown.

Another novelty from the Chinese company was the Fortune FDM 207 ON/OFF for the drive axle, designed for mixed operating conditions. According to Peter Kraus, Regional Sales Manager at Prinx, the tires "are one of the best in their class and provide unprecedented traction on off-road terrain of all types, which is combined with increased durability, high frame strength, and significantly improved tread wear resistance".
