The first Sailun long-distance bus tire is presented

Sailun has added its first tire designed specifically for tourist buses to its range, and, as the company says, combines all the qualities necessary for daily operation: high traction and fuel efficiency, as well as improved ride comfort.

The new all-position tire called Sailun Tour Pro Z is made using the EcoPoint3 liquid-phase rubber mixing technology, which allows for improved uniformity of component distribution and various tire qualities, such as wear resistance. In Sailun, they note that the combination of improved compound and tread pattern has reduced rolling resistance and provided reliable vehicle control, while also reducing noise levels.

In the EU labeling system, the tires have received the highest rating A for wet grip, and the profile has been optimized to ensure that the tire's properties remain stable over a long period. In addition, since the tires have both reduced rolling resistance and increased mileage, the costs of bus fleets are reduced.

Sailun Tour Pro Z

"The release of Tour Pro Z reflects our commitment to continuously expanding our product line in line with the changing needs of the modern passenger transport industry," said Harry Van, Managing Director of Sailun Tyre Europe. "By adding a specialized tire for tourist buses to our range, we are expanding our capabilities to support fleets by offering a product that optimally meets their requirements. The novelty also embodies our latest approach to product development, as it combines the ability to increase safety with economy and practicality in daily operation".

Sailun Tour Pro Z tires have entered the market in size 295/80 R22.5, and have received ratings of B and A for energy efficiency and noise, respectively, according to the European classification. The sidewalls feature the 3PMSF marking, indicating that the tires have passed certification tests on snow.
