New Michelin tires approved for Lexus LM

Recently introduced Michelin Primacy 5 energy tires have been included in the standard equipment of the updated luxury minivan Lexus LM, as reported by the Japanese division of the tire company.

Michelin Primacy 5 energy are premium tires with increased comfort, which are also optimized to improve fuel efficiency, and the company says that traction and therefore safety on wet roads are also provided at a high level. The arrangement of blocks of different sizes has been optimized to reduce noise (Piano Acoustic Technology), while the area of the grooves during rolling remains almost constant, due to which a constant volume of air is displaced from them, which reduces its vibrations and associated sounds (Silent Rib Technology).

Michelin notes that reducing background noise increases passenger comfort, and in the future, the company "will continue to contribute to the development of safe, comfortable, and environmentally friendly mobility through high-quality tire products".

For the Lexus LM, the tires are supplied in the size 225/55 R19.
