The Zeekr 7X crossover is equipped with Continental tires

Continental has become the supplier of tires for the primary equipment of the new luxury electric crossover Zeekr 7X from the Chinese company Geely.  For the new Zeekr, Continental EcoContact 7 tires with a diameter of 19 and 20 inches have been approved, which are designed to improve handling and increase the range of the electric car between charges.

Continental EcoContact 7 are "green" tires, and the manufacturer notes that they can adapt to various road conditions, which reduces friction during movement and increases energy efficiency. 

The tires are also made using a number of technologies that reduce noise, which is also of increased importance in the case of electric vehicles. So, the aerodynamic design of the sidewalls reduces air resistance and noise, while the tread pattern has also been optimized to improve acoustic comfort (the company says that particular attention was paid to reducing noise at 50 km/h to ensure maximum comfort while driving in urban conditions).

For the Zeekr 7X, the tires are supplied in two sizes: 255/50 R19 and 265/45 R20.

Continental's tire division has been operating in the Chinese market since 2006 and is currently cooperating with leading local car manufacturers of various categories. One of the company's tire plants is located in China (in Hefei), and the retail network covers the entire country.
