ITALMATIC will showcase two of its new machines at Autopromotec/2015
The Italian tire manufacturer plans to showcase two unique developments designed for tire processing. The demonstration of new technologies will take place at the company's stand at the Autopromotec 2015 exhibition. Recall that this event will take place in May in Bologna.
One of the innovations is a special buffer - an automatic system that demonstrates unique polishing accuracy and high performance. This device is used for processing 16-24.5 inch tires, and thanks to its flexibility, it allows satisfying the requests of even the most demanding customers.
This equipment is controlled automatically from a touch panel, as the working cycle is simplified and optimized. The equipment has also acquired new features that make the new version even more impressive. The system is fully controlled by a computer during operation, which allows optimizing work.
The second system is a new assembly equipment. This is also a fully automated system used to ensure special accuracy during the preliminary vulcanization of the tread, has convenient electronic control, and allows achieving high-precision balancing of the finished tire.
