Hoosier Launches New Line of Street Tires
The American company Hoosier Racing Tire Corp., specializing in the production of tires for various types of motorsports, is launching a new line of tires that are legal for public roads. The new family is called TrackAttack, and the first to be added to it was the Hoosier TrackAttack Pro tire, which belongs to the Extreme Performance category.
"We asked ourselves: 'What if we use our experience in motorsports to create a summer tire in the Extreme Performance category?' and as a result, a new product was created that fully embodies the spirit of racing competitions," said Jörg Burfien, CEO and President of Hoosier. - The new TrackAttack Pro is designed for those who want to dominate on the track and then drive home on the same set of tires".

TrackAttack Pro features a tread pattern with "ultra-wide" shoulder zones that improve cornering stability, and a large central rib that reduces braking distances, while the lightweight construction accelerates the driver's response, and the rubber compound is made using motorsport technologies. The treadwear index is 200 according to the UTQG system.
Hoosier is owned by Continental, and the new product will be more sporty than the Continental ExtremeContact Force, and in some characteristics close to the racing Hoosier R7.

The new tires will be produced in 46 sizes from 205/50 R15 to 345/25 R21, which will be gradually introduced to the market until the end of 2025.
