Cargo tires Zeta have started to be produced in Vietnam

On February 25, at the Casumina plant in Vietnam, the first truck tire was produced under the private brand Zeta, owned by Shanghai-based SD-International. The first tire released was the Zeta Premiuz HA1 in size 11R22.5, designed for regional and highway transportation, and, as the company claims, designed with a focus on increasing strength and durability, as well as providing high carrying capacity.

SD-International adds that by combining Zeta technologies and Casumina's production capabilities, the company intends to offer even more effective and durable tires to vehicle fleets and other customers in the transportation sector.

"As a key player in the global Zeta supply chain, the Casumina plant in Vietnam is equipped with 'smart' production lines and uses advanced technologies, ensuring that tire designs and rubber compounds meet high quality standards," notes SD-International.

Zeta Premiuz HA1 tires have a number of features, including a wide contact patch that increases traction and stability in various road conditions, a multi-layered carcass design that improves impact resistance, carrying capacity, and ride comfort, and silica in the rubber compound that reduces rolling resistance, improving fuel efficiency.

"The release of the first high-performance Zeta truck tire produced in Vietnam is an important milestone in the implementation of the brand's development strategy in the global market," says SD-International, adding that in the future, the company "will continue to offer high-quality truck tires for various applications, helping the global transportation industry reduce costs and increase operational efficiency."

SD-International was founded in 2001, and the Zeta brand was introduced in 2007, joining the company's portfolio alongside the Pace brand.
