Dunlop expands partnership with FIM World Endurance Championship

In 2025, Dunlop and the FIM Endurance World Championship will extend their partnership, under which the brand will become the exclusive tire supplier for the new Production World Trophy class and will continue to operate in the Dunlop Superstock Trophy category. Thus, Dunlop will be present in two out of three EWC classes and will also collaborate with teams in the Formula EWC category, where tire supplier competition remains.

Dunlop has been the exclusive tire supplier for the Superstock class since 2022. During this time, the category has evolved year by year, and five teams participated in the final last year. As a result, it was decided to create a new class of motorcycles with fewer modifications, which received the name Production World Trophy.

In the new standings, riders will pilot motorcycles with 1000 cm3 engines, very similar to their road versions and having only basic modifications, which increases its accessibility for those who want to participate in terms of costs. As the exclusive tire supplier, Dunlop will support all teams that will have access to the same range of Dunlop KR slicks used in Superstock.

"For this reason, it was a logical step to expand the cooperation and choose Dunlop as the exclusive tire supplier for the brand new FIM Production World Trophy class, a very interesting addition to the 'EWC pyramid' starting from 2025. Additionally, we are pleased to extend our long-standing commercial partnership, which began in 2016 and has contributed to the development of the EWC year after year".

The current EWC season will start on April 19-20 with a 24-hour race in Le Mans.
