Dunlop announces new tire technology for Italian CIV series

Dunlop has announced a new tyre option for competitors in the Campionato Italiano Velocità (CIV). The exclusive tyre supplier to all classes of the Italian series has stated that it is refining its track tyre technology to build on a successful debut season.

Dunlop will offer a new softer rear tyre in the Supersport 600NG category, where last year there were six different winners in twelve races and over 40 bikes. Superbike riders will get a new front tyre, which features a new construction to improve braking stability. Dunlop is also offering a new rear qualifying tyre that will help riders go faster over one or two laps than the previous tyre.
