Davanti launches new summer commercial tire

British brand Davanti Tyres has introduced a new summer light truck tire, the Davanti Vantoura DX450, which joins the all-season and winter models for commercial vehicles: the Davanti Vantoura 4-Seasons and the Wintoura Van. The new tire replaces the Vantoura DX440, which was introduced in 2015.

“As one of the leading British brands in the mid-range segment, we have done a lot of work to offer customers a summer tire specifically designed for commercial vehicles,” notes Davanti, adding that the new tire provides optimal handling and stability while also featuring increased durability.

The Vantoura DX450 is made from a special rubber compound with improved wear resistance, while the reinforced construction helps the tires handle increased loads, including in difficult road conditions.

The tread pattern features massive shoulder blocks and wide central ribs, which improve handling characteristics, as well as three deep circumferential grooves that provide rapid water dispersion, reducing the braking distance on wet roads and minimizing the risk of aquaplaning. Additionally, the tires are designed to improve ride comfort.

The tires are available in 19 sizes, from 145/80 R13C to 225/55 R17C, and have received ratings of "C/D" for fuel efficiency, "A-C" for wet grip, and "B" for external noise in the European labeling system.
