Following the first half of 2025, the net profit of PJSC "Nizhnekamskshina", which is part of the Kama Tyres complex, amounted to 210.8 million rubles, which is 31% less than a year earlier, reports "Interfax" with reference to the company's reporting.

The revenue of "Nizhnekamskshina" grew by 0.4% to 6.3 billion rubles, and the profit from sales fell by 323.2%, which is due to the increase in the cost of sales and administrative expenses.

In 2022, "Tatneft" sold Kama Tyres to the Tatarstan-controlled "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding". In June 2024, the new owner of Kama Tyres became the consulting company "Voronezh. Artificial Intelligence" registered in Moscow in November 2023. According to the reporting of "Nizhnekamskshina", the main shareholder of "Voronezh. AI" is (with a share of 99.7%) the combined mutual investment fund "Delta Plus", which is under the trust management of the company "Management Company "Infrastructure Investments", also registered in Moscow.

The value of assets of "Nizhnekamskshina" in January-June 2025 increased by 13.1% to 9 billion rubles, and the balance sheet value of fixed assets increased by 5.5% to 7.3 billion rubles.
