DescriptionDescription Toyo Tyh09 (H09)
The all-season Toyo Tyh09 (H09) tire is designed for a wide range of light trucks, vans, and buses and is perfectly suited for winter operation. This model is produced in several dozen of the most common sizes, ranging from 165/70R14C to 215/60R17C, which allows us to talk about the wide applicability of this tire.
The symmetrical non-directional tread pattern features a non-trivial S-shaped design consisting of five rows of individual blocks. This scheme of element placement is a guarantee of excellent grip with snowy and icy roads, which is provided by the numerous sharp edges formed by the large number of blocks.
When driving, the Toyo Tyh09 tire demonstrates a high level of comfort, thanks to the uneven step of block placement and the carefully calculated distance between them. In addition, the small distance in combination with the sufficiently large size of the blocks themselves allows for a more even distribution of the external load over the contact patch, which has a beneficial effect on the durability of the entire tire.
Also, it is impossible not to note the high efficiency of the tire's drainage system, which is provided by the design of the tread pattern chosen by Japanese tire manufacturers, thanks to which the tire tread is equipped with a multitude of transverse longitudinal water drainage channels. In addition, on the surface of each block, there are several wavy lamellas, which, due to the formation of a multitude of sharp edges, provide excellent grip with a slippery surface.
Main features of the Japanese Toyo Tyh09
- four peripheral grooves around each of the numerous blocks provide excellent grip in the longitudinal and transverse direction when driving on slippery surfaces;
- a multitude of wavy lamellas, thanks to the sharp edges of which an effective and optimal contact with the icy surface is achieved;
- excellent for this category of tires, snow passability indicators due to the massiveness and large height of the blocks located in the shoulder zones of the tread.

Wonderful!!!
I wrote a year ago. Did anyone read it? It seems like nobody uses them. And I bought the same ones for another car ... Delighted again, like an elephant after a bath. Everything is good, but they are a bit noisy. I change them in the front every 40,000 km. Maybe there are better ones, but in terms of price and quality, they are the best.

I bought 6 units of 195/75 at the end of 2016 for 4800 roubles on a GAZelle Next, with 45,000 km on the clock, with the remaining 50-60% left. I drive around 2 tons, and it grips great both in mud and in snow! I drive all year round, and the advantages are its durability, uniform wear, perfect balance, great traction, and a soft ride, regardless of the temperature!

I bought it three years ago. Three winters and fourth summer went by. The cargo was constantly transported at 1.5-2 tons, sometimes even more. The first two winters went perfectly. The third winter was a bit more complicated; the brakes began to fade, but nothing more happened, just the distance increased. After the 2015-2016 winter, I left it for the summer to finish out, and it performed perfectly on dry and wet asphalt in the summer. In August
