The all-season tire Toyo Open Country A44 is designed for SUVs, pickups, and light trucks. It belongs to the Mud Terrain category. It is characterized by high efficiency off-road with solid pavement. It features increased traction and adhesion properties on soft earth and sand.
The tread pattern is executed in an aggressive design, where narrow and high blocks predominate. The longest edges of the elements are turned across, which increases longitudinal traction, especially on unpaved surfaces. The increased width of the drainage grooves allows the tread not to "clog", which further improves passability on difficult off-road sections. At the same time, it is impossible not to note the "checkerboard" arrangement of the blocks.
