Description Strial 401
The Strial 401 summer tire is designed for the most dynamic versions of compact passenger cars. It is characterized by increased resistance to hydroplaning, stability of the trajectory in turns and on straight sections when moving at high speed, and precision handling.
The tread pattern is made in an aggressive design, due to the large size of the elements and the V-shaped arrangement of the drainage grooves. This solution guarantees trajectory stability and resistance to aquaplaning at high speed. Another feature of the pattern is the increased size of the shoulder blocks. Very rigid elements give the tire a significant margin of stability in turns, providing uncompromising precision in handling in such conditions.
Key features of Strial 401
- The V-shaped arrangement of some drainage grooves significantly reduces the risk of forming a continuous water film in the contact patch;
- a wide double rib in the center increases directional stability when driving straight;
- rigid large blocks on the edges improve stability when maneuvering, providing lightning-fast and accurate responses to steering wheel turns.
