Rauffan Travar H/T — a summer tyre for crossovers and SUVs. Its non-directional tread pattern consists of densely arranged ribs and blocks without large open voids, characteristic of more off-road-oriented designs. This layout is primarily focused on driving on asphalt.
Four continuous longitudinal grooves divide the tread into five functional sections. They run along the entire circumference of the tyre and form the main paths for water evacuation from the contact patch. Inclined and transverse slits connect the longitudinal channels to the edges of the tread pattern.
The central tread is composed of offset polygonal elements. Their edges are oriented at different angles, so in addition to longitudinal support, the pattern features additional transverse edges. Neighbouring ribs have a more solid shape but are separated by frequent inclined grooves.
The shoulder areas are designed to be wide and dense. Numerous transverse slits reach the edges of the tread, continuing the water evacuation system. Large shoulder blocks form a stable support in the most heavily loaded edge areas of the contact patch.
The central and shoulder elements feature frequent fine notching. It complements the main edges of the tread pattern with small working edges, without dividing the blocks into wide voids. As a result, the Travar H/T retains an pronounced on-road construction throughout the width of the tread.
