Description Michelin Bopper
The Michelin Booper tire is designed for scooters with engines up to 150 "cubes". The model is characterized by an aggressive tread pattern design and other solutions typical of "adult" motorcycle tires.
"Semi-slick"
The French manufacturer calls the tire's tread pattern design "semi-slick", emphasizing the minimal number of elements used in it. Almost all of them are drainage grooves of original V-shaped form. In addition, they are distinguished by a large width, which, in combination with their curvature and direction against the movement, provides the tire with high resistance to aquaplaning. The blocks formed by these grooves are exceptionally massive, guaranteeing reliable grip on dry roads.
Rigid carcass
When developing the tire, solutions typically used in sport bike models were applied. One of them is the carcass construction. It uses a multi-layer cord, entirely made from modern synthetic materials with high density winding. As a result, the tire weighs less than most analogs from other brands, surpassing them in strength and rigidity.
